Return and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges, in full case quantities and in original packaging, are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the sale and return, and will also be charged a 25% restocking fee on the value of the merchandise, with the exception of damaged in transit items.

For all returns, please contact The America Basket Company prior to return.  All claims made after 7 days or without prior approval will be denied.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of product.
